Housing Help Service

HEC
Montreal
Considering
Montreal’s complex rental housing situation (annual leases,
non furnished apartments, high rental costs, and reluctance
of owners to rent without Canadian financial guarantees and
for a short period) HEC Montreal has chosen to support
their exchange students in their search for lodgings, by appealing
to the services of GIA-Gestion inc.
It is important to note that this is a FREE SERVICE rendered to all exchange students
by HEC Montreal, considering the increasing number of participants
in their exchange programs. Research and administration fees
are therefore absorbed by HEC Montreal.
For
over five years, GIA-Gestion inc. has been mandated
to reserved apartments and rooms for the duration of exchange
student’s HEC Montreal’s university term. Every term, more than 80% of the students participating
in the exchange program at HEC Montreal appeal to the expertise
of GIA-Gestion inc.
